Jesse Newhouse

 

 

Jesse Newhouse founded Paradox Pictures in 2004.  He has already executive produced the independent films Look @ Me, starring Elina Madison, Memory starring Dennis Hopper, Billy Zane, and Ann-Margret; and most recently, Afghan Knights starring Steve Bacic and Michael Madsen.

 

Obtaining his production stripes from the ground up, Mr. Newhouse has spent more than seven years in film production in Los Angeles where he has been associate producer, assistant director, assistant cameraman, and grip.  Various films with which he has been involved include the independent "Defining Maggie"and Joel Silver’s big budget action pic "Cradle to the Grave" starring Jet Li and DMX.  Mr. Newhouse attended the film studies program at The New School in Manhattan. 

 

 

Brandon K. Hogan

 

As a co-founder of Paradox Pictures, Mr. Hogan executive produced the Company’s first two feature films, Memory and Afghan Knights starring Steve Bacic and Michael Madsen.   He produced 56 Alpha, a reality show produced on location in Iraq based on the current military situation there.  Prior to this, he was a manager of Blue Marlin Entertainment, an equity fund investing in independent feature films.  From 1994 to 1998, Mr. Hogan worked in the post-production department at Warner Brothers involved with greater than forty feature film projects.   Mr. Hogan received an Emmy for his work on the 1991 ABC mini-series Son Of The Morning Star. He attended the University of Montana.
